Safety first … each helmet is DOT & ECE certified and manufactured using high-quality fiberglass outer construction. Each design incorporates multiple shell sizing, to ensure a snug fit across the size grade, and are all goggle and glasses compatible.

Deus NUTSHELLS carry BOTH the DOT & ECE Certification.
ECE SAFETY CERTIFICATION:
ECE (Economic Commission for Europe) indicates a more rigorously tested product. Helmets with an E-mark approval (found sewn into the chin-strap) are road-legal in over 50 European countries and over 20 non-European countries that have also adopted the regulation (this includes Australia). Please check local ECE acceptance guides before purchasing.
Having an ECE approval means that the helmet has been exposed to a number of tests, which determine whether the helmet offers sufficient protection to be approved for use on the European roads. Crashes are simulated to measure the level of protection, quality of the chinstrap and the size of the field of view while wearing the helmet.
ECE 22.05 requires mandatory sample testing of every production of helmets before they leave the factory, not with random testing once products are already in the hands of consumers.
Helmets certified to the ECE 22.05 standard are approved for competition events by AMA, CCS, FIM, Formula-USA and Moto GP.
