This weekend past, a couple of the Deus boys, along with a few riders from Bali Fixie Comm and Fixed Drunk, made their way to Jakarta, bikes in hand. Our good friends at Rocket were holding their 2nd annual Fixed Fest and it has grown in leaps and bounds since last years event.
Over 700 people took part in a variety of events that were on offer, from the alley cat races to bike polo matches. Kicking off at 8am, the event saw riders from Malaysia, Japan, Singapore and the USA, a melting pot of elasticities and styles. Fixed Fest ran all day, whilst the races and contests were playing out, the marketplace area saw swapping and selling of everything bicycle related. A good weekend of sun, bikes, tricks and chicks. Cant wait until next years event!
