RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY 

- Return must be within 30 days of purchase
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping and any courier charges associated with your return(s)
- Original freight fees are not refundable
- Item must be in as-new condition with original packaging and labels
- Exchanges and refunds are only available online and cannot be processed in-store

N.B. When orders are shipped to the United Kingdom, after Brexit these shipments will be dutiable. This also applies, of course, when the recipient returns the shipments. PLEASE NOTE that you have to include a Proforma Invoice at your return. Please find an example here.
